I am a psychotherapist, licensed professional counselor, and educator with specializations in trauma and neuroscience. As a therapist, I serve children, adolescents, adults, and families with a wide range of presenting concerns. As an educator, I provide workshops, seminars, and courses for professionals, students, and laypersons. I am trained in existential-humanistic and cognitive behavior therapy, and incorporate experiential techniques into my work.
